Samurai from Superfriends?

Paul Harding tweeted this today. I know he’s not really from the comics but I’m down for a statue of him. Loved Superfriends when I was growing up.

I would pass on that. When I was collecting the Mattel DC Universe Classics line, I didn't buy any of the Super Friends figures.

.........nooooooooooooooooo
Sigh, to be fair.. he was in it.

I want
Aqua-man, Plastic Man, Red tornado

NOT
Samurai ,Apache Chief, Black Vulcan.

Mind would explode if they made JSA this size, this lvl of sculpting.

It's cool that they're going that deep, but I figured they'd wait till further down the line a bit (when it has more of a following, ideally!).

You can look at it this way, it'll be a break for your wallet.

Possibly. There are a lot of DC fans out there that are tired of the regurgitated Trinity.

Yes it is great. With over 12 plus DC statues to be shown next year, honestly it's good for the diversity.

Either you like the character, or you don't. It wouldn't matter when it was released.

Samurai was a figure in the Super Powers line. Makes since to at least make him out of the Super Friends. I think Tweeterhead will do him justice. The tornado will make a great base. I had the Super Powers figures when I was young and Samurai was always one figure that I wanted but could never find. I had all the figures from the first two series of figures. But only had four out of the last series of figures. Unfortunately Samurai was not one of those four.

It was pretty cool seeing Samurai when I used to watch Super Friends. But there's just too many statues to think about or to consider before buying a Samurai statue.
