I saw it, but I would buy even like this. Why not make a signifcant discount on them?

I saw it for that price too and considered buying but then thought better of it. Is it worth saving $40 to maybe have to go through all the return process if it is defective. I can wait. Already have 2 Sideshow PF's charging this month. LOL

I had preordered through my local comic book store and got mine Wednesday when I got my comic books. He also had preordered one to resale in the store. Both have the cape defect which keeps you from placing batman all the way into his position. I checked with the comic shop owner and he had not been contacted about returning the statues.

My LCS, plus new member Professor just confirmed that his statue has this defect.

Gothamite, any chance you can get your local shop to provide more details on how they found out about the defect? I can not get batman to slot in at all without risking him breaking, and the part of his cape on mine that should meet the hyena's mouth looks nothing like it does in the photo of the preview piece. I'll need more info because my LCS is giving me noise about it and how I should find the video tutorial on my own because obviously I'm doing it wrong.... Thanks!
