Guys. If you want to know the truth? The truth is Anthony never owned the company. He's just a filler probably jerrys step cousin or some bs. Jerrys alwaysed owned the company. This company sucks. Spread the word and truth be told jerry ain't that good. He had a few licenses we like and he exploits them. That's it. Bottom line

hi im trying to get an update on my refund from a sub zero bust i returned that was defective. ive been waiting since before may to even hear whats going on. every-time i get a response im told it'll be a few weeks. its been 9 months. where is my refund? ive been patient but thats over $1000 thats just gone. i need a reply or an exact date. ive been told that ive been on the priority list. i havent seen or heard anything. i understand everything with the change and other stuff but 9 months ive been waiting for a refund of a defective item. at this point i need something. like can i even just get the piece?
