A buddy of mine is an editor over at DC and works with Shane on occasion. According to him, Shane doesn't do commissions due to his work load.

And I agree, his asking prices on his artwork are a bit extreme given how new he is to the industry. Of course, if he has an art rep, that could be his fault and not Shanes.
