Since they've started "actively" processing refunds, they're still not finished...they are now going on week 3. LOL
I'm definitely never paying in full for preorders like I have before with PCS.
I have lost all confidence in their customer service department.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

I'm still waiting too. Was told in mid July I'd have it in 5-10 days. Just so frustrating and upsetting.

Hey Collectors,
We're still rolling out refunds. As you can imagine, we can't do them all at once, but they're coming.

Yes, I understand but the "we don't know when this will happen" is quite frankly appalling. When sending an e-mail asking when we are now told you all hope by mid October but it may be November and it really isn't Customer Services issue any longer as it has been passed to someone else is not acceptable. Think about any company you have ever purchased anything from. Would you find this answer acceptable? I doubt it.

So how is this being handled exactly?
Only so many refunds a day, or only a few a week ? Does PCS have thousands of refunds to process? Which even if you do, it shouldn't take 3+ months and counting to get a refund. If it's a man power issue then PCS needs to hire temporary people to handle this. This isn't directed towards you directly Rebbecca. So feel free to pass this up the chain of command.
I have no more patience to be thanked for .

What a joke, still no timeline on when these will be completed. YOU HAVE LOST ME AS A COSTOMER FOREVER, specifically because of how you as a company have handled this. Stop with the excuses, stop with the complaining, stop uploading posts criticizing customers for simply asking where their money is. Get your ---- together. A real company would take losing customers over this very seriously, yet I'm expecting another snarky post.
It's been 14 days since your "soon" post, what excuse do you guys have now? Broken water pipe? No power, religious holiday no one has heard of? FFS.

Rebecca, I'm well pushing 4 months on my refund, I never got a case number because no one has replied to my emails after my first request to cancel.
Do I need a case number? Should I open another enquiry or wait?
Thank you
