Maybe Disney was worried that Black Dwarf is not PC (Their great minds just thought this doesn't sound right)..which I think would a ridiculous reason ...but never know

I thought about this later too. And you know what? I wouldn't put it past them. Hell knowing them the board meeting was probably "Black Dwarf.... oh we can't call him that. We should SAVE that name for the ultimate minority hero!"

Love this statue and really looking forward to it being released. Hopefully my waitlist will convert. With that being said, I think the regular with an ES of 3500 is going to be around for awhile. Currently it's in PO status so people can still do payment plans on it to spread the $1200 into multiple payments. Buying something like a $500 statue is a totally different animal than paying for a $1200 statue all at once when it's actually in stock. I see the regular being available to purchase from Sideshow for at least 2+ years.
