It's actually not different at all; Diamond has significant operations here.

I went in today and unpacked mine. First off the boxes are astoundingly huge. No exaggeration, with the outside box and foam mounts it was bigger than my Sideshow 1:1 bust.

Mine was messed as well. Batman fit in the pegs but does not properly mount with the hyena. My Batman also had a few paint issues on the chest. My LCS owner was awesome about it and wouldn't hear about taking my money and committed to mobilizing Diamond for a replacement.

I was disappointed as the piece looks incredible. The figures are waaaaaay bigger than I expected and the sculpt/details are exquisite. I was also disappointed as my LCS' pricing for me was south of the lowest seen here.

Well, a general recall is basically in effect, so your LCS will get reimbursed by Diamond and/or DC.

I messaged Collected to ask if they had any more details, but it looks like they are waiting on a response still. I don't think there's an official recall yet but I can't see any way they can go forward without one, the piece appears to be basically ruined from a production standpoint; huge QC fail.

Not a fan of how Harleys face turned out compared to the proto. I just cancelled my BBTS order and will wait to see if they even try a new run before I order again.

I emailed dc collectibles about my Batman mounting problems Friday night, they replied promptly this morning. I'll keep everyone updated if I get more info.
