I was the right age to see this movie when it came out. Still in high school. I had been getting Vampirella mags but wasn't quit old enough to be able to buy Heavy Metal. I don't even think it was available in my home town. I've always loved this movie. Here is my bust sculpted by Jim Fawkes that I did years ago.

Sideshow must be putting their own slight twist on the design. Could just be the lighting, but the "bra" and belt don't like black like they are in the movie.

Was a big fan of the movie when I was younger, I still am to some extent due to the incredible soundtrack!

Agreed! The soundtrack is awesome. My favorite track would be Stevie Nick's Blue Lamp.

mine as well. Though there are a lot of cuts on this I still enjoy.

I'd been thinking about getting a copy of the soundtrack (songs) again. The musical score by Bernstein has become one of my favorite symphonic soundtracks recently.
The Taarna theme actually first shows up embryonically in his score for Saturn 3 from a year earlier.
