Though unlikely that’s my conspiracy theory on why Sideshow is no longer putting up Prime 1 preorders. Though it’s probably a factor, it’s likely only a very small part of the reason.

The only thing we can do about it as a consumer is not buy it. There are collectors who won't care about the price or scale (Juggernaut) and that's OK - Sideshow is counting on them lol

I can't get over the price of this Hulk. In 2015, I made my first Maquette purchase. It was the Hulk from the first Avengers movie.
I remember thinking $649 was pricey but I'll be damned if it doesn't look like a bargain now.
To be fair there is a bit more going on in this new sculpt but double the money?

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

$1500 shipped for this, haha jokes on you sideshow.

Do you really still think you are the only game in town and/or has good quality when it comes to premium statues?

As someone already said, if ss sells 50% less statues at higher prices. They will get the same sales as selling twice the amount for less money. This way qc is better with less products and getting the same money either way. They can afford to lose half the customers with no problems at all.

I have that Hulk, too. I wouldn’t mind replacing it with a comic version, but not at these prices.

Saw the pictures had to have it, it’s epic.
Saw the price, bahaha not a chance Sideshow good luck with that!
Pass with a big fat capital $ for me.
Thanks for trying to seduce me without foreplay SS but I’m not that silly...

I see you have to pay for shipping to Australia like me if you order direct. Adds quite a bit to the total as well as the exchange rate.

You can still have it. Just wait for the aftermarket release and save 400-500.00. Just be patient.

Unless the ES is more than 2k I don’t see this tanking. Maybe 5 years down the road when a better sculpt is released at half the price.

This is almost the same price as the iron studios version but 30% smaller? Is the iron studios 1/3?
