Congrats to all that's acquiring him. I would love this Goro piece, but I only have so much room in my house for 1/3 statues . Such an epic statue though. Massive!!

I think most weight should be placed on the version of the character that is depicted. Goro will no doubt be the attention getter of all those statues, but I LOVE Jim Lee's Rendition of Batman, so strong looking.

One of the main reasons I'm not getting this piece is because it's not my ideal version of Goro. As muvhnas Its certainly the most impressive goro no doubt! But it's a past his prime Goro like Shaquille O'Neal on the Cavs or Celtics. I came to this conclusion after watching the instagram videos about 1000 times I also came to the conclusion that I love the Klassic 1/4 Goro more than I imagined. John Cleary killed that sculpt, it's just sensational. The 1/4 Goro for me represents his Championship years, and I now LOVE the Wanderlei Silvia pose. The key is displaying him around knee-waist level, so you look down on him, then his upper arms aren't in the way of the magnifcient Klassic Goro face portrait.

The real Klassic Goro has not been made IMO. The 1/4 piece is really an MK9 version. This 1/3 scale resembles the movie version, especially the head and of course MKX. I prefer it over the 1/4 but still hope at some point we get a true MK1 version. Doubtful I know so I will be ordering this.

Not really, his dimensions and especially the face are different for sure in the original game than what was released.
