Cool Workout/Excercise Music: What do you listen to?

Okay! I have a question.

I am getting tired if my workout playlists. Need some new tunes.

Currently I listen to metal hardcore when weight training and modern rock, alternative or classic rock to cool down. Some mix of stuff for cardio: techno, hip hop, metal, hardcore, alternative and general mix of anything and everything.

I do like Jazz, classical and almost anything else, but I don't find them useful to me in a gym or workout environment. Not a fan of country western, but I will try anything once! (When it comes to music! For all you comedians out there! )

I am taking recommendations. And I like all types of music (except for country western).

I actually have a few workout playlists to plan for.
  1. Warm up
  2. Lifting (Weight training - Free or Machine)
  3. Cardio (Cross training/walking/jogging/running/biking, etc)
  4. Cool Down
What do you listen to? And during what exercise or routine?

I would really appreciate some cool recommendations.

And I am looking for specific songs from specific bands or artists.

Give me some names and tunes!

Thanks!

To be fair, here are some songs on my playlists: (I will keep adding to this list as I go through my list)

Weight training:

Mudvayne - Dig
Rise Against - Savior
Powerman 5000 - When World's Collide
Marilyn Manson - Beautiful People
Prodigy - Spitfire
Slipknot - Sic
Slipknot - Duality
Taproot - Again and again
Sevendust - Praise
Disturbed - Stupify
Linkin Park - Crawling
Limp Bizkit- Sanitarium (Metallic Cover)
Papa Roach - Last Resort
Korn - Right Now
Alice in Chains - Man in the Box
Nonpoint - Broken Bones
Nonpoint - Everybody Down
E-Town Concrete - Mandibles

Cardio:

Mudvayne - Falling Down
Prodigy - Breathe
Prodigy - Firestarter
Linkin Park - Faint
Disturbed - Voices
Alien Ant Farm - Movies
Blur - Song 2
Drowning Pool - Bodies
Disturbed - The Game
Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit

the sound of my heart PUMPING in my chest

then a nice disruptive roar as my lungs gasp for breath.

finished by a nice bass thump as my head bounces off the mat

Yeah! That's one of the ones I am tired of listening to myself. Hence the desired change!

Too much to list.. as far as workout music is concerned, though, it's usually either Metal or House/Trance stuff. Anything with "oomph" or a damned good beat. My Ipod's full of the stuff.

If I'm working out at home, I'm usually burning through my Stargate seasons.. 10 seasons, complete series.. and I only recently started watchin' 'em.
