Tried a quick photoshop to make him actually red and yellow. It's harder to take the metallic out.



I think it does the sculpt so much more justice. It's a shame that it would require a 90% repaint of the figure to achieve the look of the comics.

I was waiting till this was shipping but now it states "Low Stock Remaining" on the Exclusive. I ordered, the smirk seems like a must to me, the other face has no character what so ever.

Yeah, I wanted to see in hand pics of the foot peg since he's only held on by one heel. I saw low stock and ordered the EX too. Was hoping for a sale like the New 52 Superman.

So i just ordered him.

I got a DC itch and need it scratching and i was a huge fan of the New 52 and since there's no other good flashes out there....i figured i'd go for this.

I think it looks amazing. Production pics a few pages back and pics from shows show a much better colour of red compared to the proto/promo pics and i think lighting is gonna play a big part because of the metallic nature of the paint.

Excited.

are the yellow plastic lightning removable without leaving holes, I god damn hate those plastic effects, why do companies keep do that and ruin a perfect statue. Flash running without the plastic effects will be perfect.

No, there will be small holes. But I doubt they'd be very noticeable.
