Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

as much as i like the statue, i don't like the base as much. not only it is massive and very heavy, it just a lump of rock for most of it. sprinkling the flowers doesn't make it any prettier. they did the same with Morrigan statue. she looked really great, the base was pretty much a lump of rock. And just like the flowers, sprinkling the bats did made it look any good. but the statue for both of them look just amazing. i was very careful with the flowers on her hand and her fan, they were extremely fragile. as well as the tip of the base which cracked for me as i took the Styrofoam.

Well she turned out beautiful. One day I'll be able to afford her and Morrigan, but the aftermarket for these statues is rough to say the least.

Kinetiquettes and TriEagles are very nice but HMO Mai is still the best IMO.

I still think that none of the three is the ultimate Mai. I hope to see her some day.

Just a few more days and I'll join the lucky few that ordered her.

To my fellow U.S. collectors...how much did you pay for shipping and live on the east coast?
