No, I believe Lady Deadpool has the same skin condition as Deadpool where it's all messed up.
She did get cured at one point in the comics, which is the first bishoujo version alt sculpt.

They did not represent the cancer/tumors very well. If it's meant to actually be Lady DP and not a cosplayer with makeup, I think they failed to convey that.

I don't think it's that confusing.
She's clearly cosplay with the SDCC badge and bag, the dots are supposed to be makeup.

I don't like Lady Deadpool's face repaint, but I like this exclusive head overall more than the fully masked and unmasked portraits the original came with. If I ever found this around retail price, I'd pick it up.
