I tracked down my Dredd order; they created an account for my e-mail (though I never got info on it - it was ~9 days ago and I just asked for a password reset and it did it).
Now in process of merging the accounts, but at least it showed up in my orders. Feels like worst case now I'll be able to get a full refund if ---- hits the fan, but I'd rather just get the Dredd EX I ordered.

I talked to customer chat and she said the prices aren't accurate and it'll take a week or 2 for them to have everything sorted out. so here's hoping it gets adjusted.
