I sold a few statues last week and have some stuff up this week and I haven't been forced into agreeing to anything and I'm still using Paypal for payments. I'll see on Sunday if that's changed. I never received any news over the summer either and if it wasn't for you Craig I'd never know.
Update: I put two pieces up yesterday and still no opt in agreement.
