Shipping container price crash

As many in the hobby know, containers from Asia skyrocketed due to supply chain and bottle neck issues caused by the COVID 29 pandemic. 2022 however has seen the price collapse back down to now where cost is actually below pre pandemic levels.

This should (I say should) mean shipping prices coming back down to to roughly 2019 levels.

I’ve always wanted to build a shipping container hunting cabin on my land. Not a bad price.

I have thought about that as well. I know a guy that bought several and had them made into one dwelling and then had them buried and lives in them. It's a lot nicer than you would think. Saves a ton on heating and cooling. Stays pretty much the same temperature year round.
