Use something like Photoshop or Microsoft Picture editor. There are limits to the size:

The maximum size of your custom image is 200 by 200 pixels or 39.1 KB (whichever is smaller)

it says my limit is 80 x 80

Yeah, I just went thru that and 80x80 was the limit. You have to have the right software for resizing to save and not lose the animation also if it's a GIF.
