I thought of that moment also. Then.. i got to thinking,
it's probably the outside porch, given there appears to be floor tiles in use. But maybe not, as a porch would use long wood planks.

It's got to be the interior staircase. The outside porch would have the long wooden planks or cement. You can also see that title layout in some of the scenes and stills from when Michael was in the Wallace house

Good to hear , hoping he has the Nick castle stretch, that would definitely make it different than all the rest I’ve seen out there

Really sorry to say but from that picture, the mask looks like Brad Loree's mask from Halloween Resurrection.
While I commend the efforts, I knew it would be a difficult sculpt for the mask, but I did expect better than what is shown here.
