Yes to both accounts. My credit card was charged at the time of the transaction and the form that was filled out had a little section on the bottom the torn off as our proof of the purchase.

Wow what a joke. I was planning on buying one there too The lady said that the busts were not in because they did the busts late and the paint was not dry to ship them to the show LOL but I could order one still and they would ship it out soon and they would pay the shipping. Luckily I declined, that is awful that you have yet to receive yours.

What kind of entity is Wizard World and who's running it?
Are they like a toy shop that organizes conventions and takes orders, and supply stuff?
