Could that be Hope sitting with Prof. X?

I might be in the minority’s but even though I liked Hickman’s Avengers there to me he could have used any Marvel heroes and told the same story. I might be in the minority but I like what Matthew Rosenberg is currently doing and I hate to see his run end.
Then again, not enough about his run has been released.

There is some wonky stuff going on in the promo ad. As previously mentioned, Magik and Colossus are combined into one character on the right. And Gambit on the left has many of Nightcrawler's features (ears, hands and tail). There are three Wolverines, two Storms and two Jean Greys--or is that Moira MacTaggert sitting next to Professor X? With all the different eras represented here, the two new titles promise something very big.
What I read from Hickman said that his story crosses multiple eras and timelines, hence the varying appearances of certain characters, and the two “new” characters in the foreground.

Ok
I could be onboard with that.
I wonder if these will be ongoing or limited runs

Limited runs, but then Hickman will write an ongoing X-Men title. https://www.bleedingcool.com/2019/05...launch-marvel/

Another reason not to read X-Men. I couldn’t stand his work on FF or Avengers.

I only ever read his Avengers run. It was actually very good. I have said this before though, his Avengers run could have had any 20 Marvel characters in it and the same story could have been told. I just did not think there was a lot of characterization. I will admit, his New Avengers run had only 7 characters in it (or maybe 8) but the characterization in that book was much better.

Very little character development, slow and plodding, just dull.
