IMO the only thing the video really defends is the pricing and delays. Since we don't know what goes on behind the scenes it's all speculation on our part as to why a statue cost what it does and why It can take so long to get it.

As far as not responding to customers emails or keeping them updated on replacement parts, I don't think the video really defends those things.
