Help. This statues sucks and DCBS Comics refuses to let me cancel it. The previews showed a truly amazing statue and I hate the new 52 look but the change to a cloth cape ruined it. Will DC take it back? So dissatisfied and disappointed.

umm... a) it was always the new 52 version and b) it was always solicited as having a cloth cape. If those are your reasons for cancelling it then no wonder they don't want to lend a hand...
This piece is actually one of the better ones that DC has put out in recent memory when looking at the final product. One of those rare cases where the end product turned out better than the prototype.

DCBS isn't big on letting you cancel items. Their business model is based on people pre-ordering early and them ordering the exact quantity of items they need. I'm not sure why you're suddenly so displeased with the statue, either. The costume design and cloth cape were there from the beginning.

I ordered knowing it was the new 53. Advance pictures looked amazing but I saw it in my local comic shop and the actual statue looks ridiculous with the cloth cape. Looked 100 times better in solicites.

I have it and am quite pleased with it. The cloth cape is the one thing that I don't like about it, but it's not that big a deal for me on an $80 statue.
