Its just that large detailed base that throws you off. I agree both figures are the same scale.

It’s an oversized 1/4 scale. As she’s not the biggest individual, I’m guessing they made her bigger on purpose.

And it’s all too possible that this new one could be true 1/4 scale, as Prime 1 is known to mess with their scales, even within the same line.

They are completely different sets of feet, the skates are much slimmer then her normal feet.
