Cinemaquette Batman Returns Cowl...? WTF?

Ordered this some time ago, haven't heard a peep. Anyone received theirs, or heard from CM on this?

Of course you aren't going to hear a peep. It's Cinemaquette, expect it in about 5-7 years.

I ordered my using FlexPay through Sideshow. My last payment for the piece was initially pushed back to July 25th. I just got an email the other day pushing it back again until August 25th. Obviously Sideshow has no idea when this thing is supposed to be coming out either. I also have the Batmobile and the Batwing on order. I'm guessing that those final payments will be pushed back as well when their time comes.

This blows. That means a September delivery.

I got an email from these folks a few weeks ago saying first week of August at the latest. I guess they were bullsh1tting me.

The Sideshow emails I've gotten have said something to the effect of "We don't want to charge the final payment until we have the item in our warehouse ready to ship." So if they're not going to charge me until Aug 25, then it'll be September at the earliest. Of course, if they don't have any in stock by Aug 25th, they may push my final payment back ANOTHER month! I just hope I get all these Batman items before Christmas!

What do you mean about the finish? The one in the pictures on the web site has a high-gloss finish, not a matte finish like the first movie Batmobile. I would assume they'd stick pretty close to the item in the pictures.
