It's really unacceptable. A lot of people have spent quite a bit of money on this line. They should put more effort into fixing the customer service and get that running before having preorders every other week. It took them months to refund my money (just received it last night).
I really don't want to spend more money with their company. I have a preorder for Evil Lynn that I have to pay the shipping on. If I hadn't paid it off, I would just take the loss on the deposit. As it is, it's easier for me to pay it off and sell the statue than get a refund. This situation annoyed me so much that I just want to sell off the line and be done with them.
