Ono San isn't in charge of PCS. He's in charge of SF4 at Capcom Japan (with New producer Ayano San).

So approvals run through him.

He LOVES Blanka, so the WW will have no problem getting made. Approved... Maybe. Made.... For sure.

Ono also pretty much made it so PCS can't do creative poses like the older statues. Seems like they all tend to be official sf4 art poses now. Cept Gouken that is hmmmm
