When would this happen? Are they not already on the boat?
The only chance left would be during a Q/C unboxing. And that’s a bit late to rectify anything major. At this point you get what you get.
IMHO, production shots need to happen during production.
We’ll see if that would’ve been a saving grace for Zangief v-trigger. We have assurance that he isn’t deep purple, but Zero pictures of a piece about to ship.

They need to start doing unboxings and doing them quick, as soon as they hit the warehouse they need to be filmed and put them on Facebook and Youtube that same day.
People love unboxings anyway but it should do a good job to alleviate doubts...also PCS doing them themselves is much much better, professional and engaging for fans.
I'm sure more production updates are planned for future products because that's what people are crying out for from PCS, it's not always the long delays, it's just being left int he dark.

pieces are shipping from NC. I'm in West Texas and prices were good. $50 for Ryu, $30 for Shao Khan.
PCS still doesn't have in hand. They just wanted to lock in 2017 rates for us.
Production pics of Khan looked good, same for Ryu. Akuma 1:3 was good overall, so Ryu should be straight.
Reptile 1:3 is what I'm worried about. But as long as its not worse than Sub and Scorp, I'd be good.

There were allot of issues with Akuma even though he turned out pretty good.
But that proto produced was true perfection imo... #hairlinegate :P

The hairline was the only thing that bothered me from the day the pics were posted. Then to pour salt in the wounds I received one with googly eyes...
Out of more than 50 pieces I have purchased from PCS it is the only one I called in about asking to have it swapped out and was told no.
By then I already PO'ed 4 Ryu's and 3 Chun's so I am committed at this point... Hoping the RYU's turn out as good as the proto's!!!!

The hairline doesn't really bother me. Of course I would have preferred it perfect but it was still awesome. Ryu looked good in the pictures showed earlier, hoping it comes out great

The hairline can at least be granted an explanation even if it doesn't merit an excuse.
No matter what else is going right with it a googly eyed statue is totally invalidated.
