Allright! DUH! Yeah, I can't read today. I had birthday on the brain for some reason. Anniversary definately big deal. Anniversaries are sacred. They remember anniversaries for things you didn't even know they had them for.

Celebrate both separately, that way she knows your not trying to be cheap by celebrating your anniversary with a "Hallmark" holiday. Flowers are good for valentine's day & god with another type of give for your 1 year anniversary. Jewerly goes well (earings, braceltes, chains) but don't do the ring thing. For extra points, go next door and dress Chris up as cupid and dangle him from your roof and give the flowers to Tina that way.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I guess you pulled that off Google because it sure isn't from personal experience.

Hell I AM telling him to do the same thing.
But really I have a simple rule that I've followed for 10 years with the same girl.
NO FLOWERS ON FEB 14TH!!!!!
There is NO F'n way I'm gonna spend $75 on a dozen roses that cost $25 any other time, this year she gets a watch. I can bring home flowers any time and I do.
So I say get 2 things that go together, like earrings & a neckless. Not saying you want to go out and get those two things. Try play tickets & something to go with that. Or how about you ask her if you can get a friend to join in for a Val'. I'm sure Coca's free.
