The lawyer sould be charged court fees for such frivolous lawsuits so that they can be more selective about their cases

Yeah, it obvious this guy is never going to pay out one red cent.....what good is a judgement if it never pays.....just takes up time and effort this isn't exactly in over abundance.

Well, don't hold your breath . . . . the judges are the ones partly responsible for engineering the current legal state of affairs in this country. The judges are just as corrupt and incompetent as the the lawyers they see in court every day.

No matter what the outcome entered into the judgement, the judges and attorneys always win. And the loser is always the average American taxpayer.

The entire system is structured to be adversarial in nature with the odds stacked in favour of the wealthy and unscrupulous.
