Nice, that they are giving options, something that they should do IMO.
Great company I say

I went with replacement heads. I asked for them to inspect them prior to sending them and they agreed. The color tone is not as big a deal to me as the imperfections on both of the Betty faces I have. I really like the look of the statue and want to keep it.

I got my replacement heads yesterday after requesting them last Friday. Color tone is a tad better than my first ones and neither of them have any blemishes or mold marks like the original set. I am amazed how quickly they mailed them out.

Great, glad you were able to get a replacement which was better than your original

Got my regular edition Rocketeer and Betty on Saturday and was eager to check it out. Unpacked it and started laying out the pieces for assembly. "Betty" head (darker shade than it should be, as per everyone else's). Check. Pistol hand. Check. Flames. Check. Dangling Shoe. Check. Rocketeer head (which I hadn't previously known was a separate piece). Uh.... where is it?? Went through all the packaging.... nada, zip, zilch. There's a carve-out for it, but no helmet. Damn! Called BBTS and left a message and an email and will call in the morning on Monday. Can't catch a break! My local LCS got in my Michael Turner Supergirl statue, but there was a nasty paint gouge on the yellow-lined cape and has to be returned. Not a good statue weekend.

Just picked this up off a Facebook sale. Got the exclusive. Will post pics when she arrives.

I might eventually sell mine. The paint is subpar.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Be careful when you open it up, there are so many tiny delicate pieces that you have to "assemble." It's easy to drop one or more.

I ended up breaking one of the tiny rocket flame inserts on mine when I moved. I was even super careful. Very delicate for sure. Luckily it was a clean break and was able to glue it back.
