Well, as the sculptor James Marsano posted, Batgirl was already in production prior to COVID. Also, the boxes being printed for these 2022 statues now mention that Todd McFarlane distributes on behalf of DC Direct. At the very least, Batgirl will get released.
I'm not too optimistic about the future, though, as McFarlane's big announcement at SDCC 2022 was Avatar action figures.

How can we get confirmation the Batgirl statue will get released? I messaged McFarlane Toys via social media and asked and has no reply.
Would be great if this is released given it?s the only decent size Batgirl rebirth style statue!
Hope it?s not just that the box art was designed previously so it has Batgirl on it as a release, but in fact it?s actually not getting released.
Wish we could find out somehow and get confirmation either way.

I finally picked up Catwoman:
Her base does fit on top of the Eaglemoss Batman base but I would need to put something under hers in front for piece of mind:
One more:

Batgirl confirmed, along with the Capullo Joker that was shown as a prototype a few years ago:

Form DC Direct, these new figures were shown: Batman Jace Fox, Harley Quinn's Future State design, another Batman figure with his cape flying all about, and the Joker from Batman: The Animated Series. Also from DC Driect's designer series were Batgirl and the Joker in artist Greg Capullo's design from Batman's "Death of the Family" storyline.
