Help with statue valuations/selling
Hello to everyone from England,
I have always been a big fan of collecting fantasy and Sci-fi items
What I'd like to know is basically what their estimated value
Any information or help would be much appreciated.
Cheers
SaVa

Hello and welcome to the forum. I think I’ve seen others say to check eBay listings that have been completed/sold to give you an idea of how much people are willing to pay for certain statues.

Might have better luck selling on eBay as well. Or maybe a Facebook group. I don't think there is a lot of buying/selling on these forums. There used to be a good deal on sideshowcollectors.com (now collectorfreaks.com) but that site has really died down since it had so many functionality issues.

When I sell anything of mine on eBay I always go through the sold listings of my item to determine a price. It's a good indicator of what an item is valued at. I will also check the previous sold listings before buying something to make sure I am not overpaying for something I really want.

Also be sure to look at the details of the completed listings. Sometimes there is damage or other issues, which may explain an out of the norm price.

Please read BST rules. You have to be an adamantium level member to list items for sale.

I never listed anything for sale. I was using the Captain Marvel PF prices as an example from Ebay of what to look for. I was not selling one. I am actually looking to buy one and that's why I knew the prices of the one for sale and the ones that have recently sold.

No matter where you are selling, take several detailed pics, buy insurance if you can, there are people out there who will freak out over any little missed detail and will either then want to return or get partial refunds.
Since you are in the UK the price may be different because usually people pay extra to import, so they tend to sell them at a higher rate than in the US cause you already paid the import tax. If you sell international you may want to make sure whoever buys it knows they maybe paying a tax that there country is asking for.

I think he was referring to the sly way the items he was talking about was inserted into the posting. He stated what he was wanting to sell in a sort of fishing manner. JadeG went in and removed them
