That wasn't my point.
I was pointing out that Sim has, probably, one good match up.
It was a joke, because he is supposed to be the worst character in the game.
DeCapre is just one of the other 42 bad match ups he has (also a joke....but, possibly the truth - only time will tell).

I mean, it doesn't even look like you have to be good with Sim to win.
Having said that, I feel like the Japanese have never embraced the grapplers in SF4. Maybe someone over here will develop the Hugo tech.

But yeah he was great.
He has a very smart approach to tournaments like Evo. He pulls out these pocket characters for specific match ups (specific players!) where he knows he's got some tricks the opponent won't have time to figure out.
