nice...slowly but surely i guess.

my replacement x-force head was just sandwiched between brown packing material so duh....the paint rubbed off on the face. they usually packed replacement parts in plastic or bubble wrap before packing but that time no. well...i had to toss that head in my parts bin for future projects.

Sigh* they packed it between brown packing material?! They are so ridiculous sometimes. I am sorry

Hopefully you'll get, or have gotten, a replacement for your replacement. They shipped my Emma Frost with sandpaper against the base..lmao. I was so pissed with that one. They need more help.

Ssc does not pack replacement parts with peanuts styrofoams or bubble wrap. They do however, “custom” foam cut-outs containers, use official statue boxes, forming foam like packaging or brown paper wrap. All shipped in a shipper box.

nah...no replacement for the replacement. i did not even contact them about it.

I can confirm this is true. Spoke to a rep yesterday and she said the waitlist conversion email is sent out to numerous people and it's first come. If you don't beat the other people to the purchase button then you're thrown back into the waitlist.

Same here; got 2 emails..an initial saying they are looking into if a replacement is available.... that was on 11/8. Then about Mid month I followed up and got another generic reply telling me to hang tight, but no official answer. I'm hoping I don't have to wait much longer for an answer.... if they can't replace it I'd like my $$$ back.
