Queen Studios Collectibles - Thanos (Josh Brolin) - Life-size Bust

It's a very nice bust, but why in the world did Marvel make them change his facial expression? The original sculpt is far superior in my eyes. Thanos does get angry sometimes, but when I think of him, the first thing that comes to mind is his quieter, more sober and introspective side. He's a tragic character. He believes he's sacrificing everything he loves for a greater good.

Spoke with a representative from Queen Studios and he told me that they never heard from Speculative Fiction.
I'm on the fence ordering Thanos tru them but want to be sure they are trustworthy before spending alot of cash on a collectible..

Queen isn't selling in the US, so I'm sure Todd just has a China 'connection'.

I've bought several pieces from him.....he's top notch. Buy with confidence.

I understand what you are saying. But I much prefer this look. Like he's speaking to someone in anger. The other sculpt (which I would not have bought) looked bored to me. Didn't sell Thanos. This, IMO, does.

The only thing I might have preferred would be a knowing smirk kinda expression. But I think the open mouth and teeth is a huge improvement. Seems some don't.

He has a very stern, slightly angry expression as he says it.

I liked the original sculpt way better, I’m not quite sure what that expression is ment to be? He doesn’t look angry to me more like the very moment before when mantis puts him to sleep in infinity war. A slight grimace would’ve been better.
That price is amazing though considering the materials used, puts others companies to shame (as long as they hit the quality on the finished product).

Actually I take back what I said in my last post I just looked at the other pics of the bust from different angles and you’re right it is like he’s speaking (or about to).
