Also Deanna Troy... From what I gather from interviews they won't be in all the episodes but will make guest appearances in various episodes.... And if there is a second season Patrick Stewart said to expect more guest appearances from the various star trek characters from other shows (which I assume he's talking about Deep Space Nine & Voyager)... Since it's on CBS Streaming I'm guessing each season will have 10 episodes, which means one big story arc.

I just finished it myself, coincidence however, it didn't even cross my mind that it would be good prep for this....

nice, that must have been fun!!
seems like TNG and Voyager would both be good to rewatch before Picard, Voyager for the Seven and Borg stuff
I remember my first marathon of TNG, its so funny how different of a show it was in season 1, they really hit their stride later on after a bit of a rocky start, and some questionable choices (getting rid of Gates for example, then bringing her back)
