Damn! I'm really impressed by the concept art. The Sentinel's pose is very menacing ...and Colossus is going for broke. And the other X-Men are in full battle mode. If the individual statues are up to par with XM standards, then this dio will be epic indeed!

lol I doubt this particular part of the Diorama will be 3 FT tall, he's hunched over, so probably more like 25" if you include top of nightcrawler.

Let's hope so, otherwise I would not know how and where to place this dio.

Great idea. I dont know if I personally will be able to have the money allocated for it, due to the shipping costs, but it will surely make for a nice set up!

Not everyone will buy the whole set , so each character will have a base to be display on it own , if you buy he whole set , then you have the option to take your character and put in on the colossus vs sentinel to form the battle scene.
Colossus in that art is so badass!! cant wait to know more info on this line

There are a total of 12 characters and 2 sentinel forming this massive battle scene diorama. With Set A consisting of 6 character and a sentinel and same for set B .They are of 1/6 scale so expect the sentinel to be big at around 1metre( from head to toe).
The first images you can see the line art design for the Set B battle scene.
Here is our first design that is approved colossus VS sentinel. These 2 are sold in a set . Comments and feedback are welcome.
Each character will comes with their own base for individual display and when forming the battle scene they can be placed in it ."
So actually 14 pieces in all.
For the 12 I'd like to see -
1. Cyclops
2. Jean Grey/Phoenix (if it's Phoenix, maybe a swap-out Dark version -- I know it doesn't make sense in context, but so what)
3. Archangel (swap-out blue/white Angel--I'd get two of these)
4. Beast
5. Iceman
6. Havok (fallen Polaris in base as a way to sneak in one of my favorites)
7. Storm
8. X-23
9. Wolverine (Mr. Inevitable)
10. Colossus
11. Nightcrawler
12. Gambit

That of course leaves out Rogue as a main player. As well as Psylocke. Personally I think there are enough Wolverines floating around, but too big of a seller to ignore. My guess would be Havok and/or Beast would end up on the bubble. Of those two I'd bounce Beast only because Havok (and Polaris) are two of my favorite X-Men, but Beast is an original player and more visually interesting. Would be nice to get a list so I can start planning for this monster.

The style of the 1:4 as opposed to the slightly cartoony look of the 1:6 Loki and Thor that have been shown.

This display will be huge. I think XM really needs to give us collectors in the States a big Christmas present and get a contract for releasing at least variants here.
