I thought the same thing... maybe it's just because those pics are dark and would look better in person and lit. But, yeah, I'm not rushing to order it. I'll probably just bail on the line. I'm a completist and there is no way I can ever finish it, thanks to that Supergirl....

To me his Aquaman is along the lines of Dc's Super Friends Aquaman statue and not far off what the Dynamics statue looks like

Yes i'm really excited about this Aquaman.I've had it pre-ordered as soon as it was put up for sale.The water will not look like the solicit but the pic's posted of it so far give me no concern at all it looks great and if it's anywhere as good as W.W. i'll be very happy.Cheers Mick

Averone that is a fantastic statue.How long have you had it? from the time you decided you wanted a commisioned statue to finding the sculptor,having it made then painted to delivery what sort of time frame were you looking at?Did you have a particular picture in mind or did the artist give you sketches to look at.How tall is he and what is he made of.Cheers Mick

The green lantern statue was from DC direct a few years ago. sculpted by William Paquet. Really nice piece!!
The resin on the aquaman dc dynamics is quite clear with very nice water effects that didn't quite capture that well with my camera. DC should have release these statues with the light source.
