I can see why you guys are upset. But for me, I don't buy very many and since 1/3 is all the rage, I'm happy with my big arse statue..

I think they will take care.
" XM Studios Premium Collectibles
You know XM, we have always placed QC as one of the most important aspect of our statues in our relentless (and at times never-ending) pursuit to create the best that we can offer. We value all the feedback that has come our way and moving forward, we have done an internal review to ensure to the best of our ability (with shrinkage and the other factors, there will still be a small margin of error for this) that there should not be any major scaling issues for the upcoming projects. Processes are now in place so this kind of information will not be overlooked. Once again we sincerely apologise to collectors who have been affected by this incident."

LMAOOOOO! XM Offering a "special metal plaque" to fix the scale issue
I've got a bunch of XM statues, and the QC has been pretty good for the most part, but this Mystique debacle is pretty bad... and offering this plaque as a way to "make things right" is a total joke IMO
I'd have preferred to see them offer a serious discount or credit to folks for their next purchase, or refund them 1/3 of their purchase price to compensate for this error.
The plaque should read "Objects were meant to be smaller than they appear"

...or Mystique is transforming to HULK in this moment!?
Agreeing... coin, plate... whatever is a joke and DOESNT HELP a statue collector. Keep this and save the money to solve the problem is my advise.

It only affects people displaying her with other 1/4 scale statues. If she's on her own shelf then the scale issue isn't noticeable at all. I really don't care about the plaque, I'm just glad they will keep an eye on this issue for future statues.
That said, they had to know about the scale issue from day 1, they should of either redid the statues at the proper 1/4 scale or advertise her as 1/3.5 scale IMO.

They are admitting it was off. That’s good but the resolution stinks. That plaque is worthless and easy to make . Def should discount buyers on future purchase . Something noticeable like 25% off at least . My two cents .

I can’t believe she is that big and XM didn’t do anything about it before going into production. It would have been nice if XM disclosed the situation to the buyers instead of staying quiet. Giving out a plaque to the unhappy collectors doesn’t do anything. The best solution would have been offer a full refund for those that want to cancel. would expect give us an additional portrait or arm. If anything, I would take credits or discount for future purchase.
Sorry to say, this situation has made me reconsider buying more XM statues. 1. I am buying this through a middle-man. 2. I am paying a lot to ship it. 3. Need full disclosure of the changes from prototype to production.

She is here.
But there is a little scratch.
Assembly was not so easy, she went hard into the base.
It lacks 1-2mm
Otherwise, I'm happy

So bottom line: Fantastic statue but scale is off by being bigger. I can think of worse issues.
