I would check Michaels out
They usually have a great selection of frames (many with mats included) and are always having a sale

Where I used to work there was one right next door. It is a great art store and the people there were always very friendly. Found some very nice frames there

Dickblick link? Yeah it's real. I used to buy a lot of art supplies. But never had one in my area. They have a huge online presence though.

blah too much work and money. I'm just going to buy the cheapest frame and use a coupon for 50-60% off at Michaels and be done with it.
