They give you 15% discont for box damage but they should give another 50% for damage on the head....

I cancelled my order last night. So disappointed, after waiting two years for this piece. Once I saw in hand pics, there was no other choice.

Returned mine for a full refund
Most of us waited almost 2 years for this statue, many delays, and unfortunately Sideshow went "cheap" for the head. It should have been one piece like many of their other Superman statues but no, it had to be pieced together. I could have dealt with everything else about the statue but that neck seam, unacceptable. Sideshow Customer Service on the other hand, is awesome!

By the looks of the seam, it appears that the portrait and neck ship joined together.
To some degree, the seams looks worse than a standard seam which tend to look more like a gap,
the result of 2 pieces joined together, usually via a magnet.

I have a pretty good idea what or rather who joined that together, and it sure wasn't magnets
