Got the newer variant with the frosted dome this weekend. Put some bare metal foil on the teeth to get that metal look.

Back lit a bit and this thing looks damn near right out of the movie.














That is "Gilbert". Orange cats and Aliens kinda go together.

Well. The NECA 1/4 Alien looks OK for the price point. Basically an action figure.
...But have a look at this on eBay. Someone is trying to sell one of these NECA figures (looks alot like the NECA Alien figure) in the guise of a top notch "rare statue diorama". Sure, the back-drop diorama with all the mechanical stuff and pipeworks looks OK I guess but the Alien figure is just a NECA with some minor touch ups.
Shheeeesh asking for over $2700 for that!!
Another case where buyers need to be knowledgeable and beware of dubious eBay listings.
