I got a response from Sideshow that they're "checking with the inventory team to see if they have a replacement for me."
Not sure that bodes well.

More likely first in queue rather than lucky. They probably have a very limited supply of replacements with an edition size of 150. Some of us had to wait longer for ours.

Still no sight of a response for me. But, my friend who contacted them later the same day already got a response and will be getting a replacement.

That's frustrating. Maybe it depends on the specific issue(s) that occurred? Or are you both seeking full replacements?
I'm guessing that no one who has/will receive(d) a replacement got an e-mail stating they were "checking with the inventory team?"

I would be shocked if ss gives replacements. They always won't offer replacements for hot sold out items knowing that the buyers will mostly keep them and suck it up instead of losing the statue. In this case the portrait is king here. No buyer would give it up broken or not. Or most won't. This is all in sideshows court. They make the rules and buyers will settle. Even if it's a 20-30.00 refund. Buyers love this statue and will not give it up overall.
