Its like a zombie movie for housewives. Lots of zany zombie action seperated by scenes of the the survivor gang playing board games or cuddling. The opening credits rocked, though.

Well, aside from the housewife thing, this is sort of what I'm going to see--a goofy spin on zombie survivalist stuff. If the character interplay doesn't work well, then that's one thing, but that's what it's supposed to be, isn't it?

Pacing is a good (and esoteric) point, though. I still want to see this in the theaters!

And this is my point. I just found the pacing to be so start and stop that it notched the movie down a bit in my eyes. I get that the juxtaposition between intense zombie action and the normalcy of everyday things may have been the point sometimes, I just didn't think the director did a good job w/ the it or the pacing. You had these quiet, long dialogue scenes where all I was expecting was a zombie attack just keep going with nothing happening.
I've never said I didn't like this movie, I found it to be a cool new entry into the genre, I just found it a little lacking in the pacing department.

no problems, appreciat the earnest concern, he's 18 next week! Heck, I'm the one that was squeamish
opening credits were definitely off the hook, but the rest of the movie I have to agree with other here was up and down..overall good, but alot of pace-killing sequences.

But overall, my review was it was sorta so differently bad, it was good.

Oh, the Cameo? ........................... outstanding.

So Nut Up or Shut Up already!
