"Batman Vs. Harley Quinn Battle Statue (Ungraded) " Is what BigBadToyStore is calling it. So "upgraded" I think means it's not flawed?

No, that just means the outside box looks nice.

I guess DC is just going to stick their head in the sand on this. I emailed them over a week ago and no response other than the auto response.

Unfortunately, that appears to be the case. Someone on Amazon received one yesterday (30 October) that was also defective.

Got mine today. So far the fit sucks as previously reported.
Seeing if I can coax Batman, getting the hair dryer out.

Ok here's the deal.
My coaster fits three out of four pegs flush, so it teeters little but the front is pretty flush, so can live with it.
HEAT THE CRAP out the cape area where it goes into the mouth, the whole bottom portion of the cape needs to be heated BEFORE you try to fit Batman onto the coaster, not just the end bit. Now you can pull the cape away from the puppy since it's soft while you get Batman's feet planted properly.
Protect the puppies snout with some tape cuz you will be wiggling the cape into place. Mine got a slight scuffed during this.
Also put tape on Batman's knee because clearance with the other puppy is very close.
Harley fit ok, but the mallet handle barely meets the hammer portion. may need to glue it, I heated her ankle area and bent her in a little further but over time I suspect she will slip back again, so I think some glue will be needed eventually to hold the handle into the mallet head.
So can it be fitted? Yes, but I should not have to do this.
Some pics later.

OH and just noticed the DECAL for the black diamonds on Harley's leg lost a portion. I'll probably have to paint them all now.
So yeah, this is a bit of a model kit, some painting and fitting required.
Geez. DECAL????
Damn it.
Also they used too much glue on Hyena's feet in some cases. Sloppy overspill.
Guess I can pretend it's melted carnival treats.
