When the customer service issues were out of hand, people b!tched (validly), and changes were made. It's still not perfect, but it's improved.

Turnaround time on PCS stuff (regardless of the phases of the process) is too long. And needs to improve.

Is there any update on this Jerry? It has been 1 year and 1 month since I threw down the cash for this, and it's slated to ship in August, and people have been requesting the third head on the body and stuff.

Anything to get our hype up?

+1 on Ryu.

Balrog requires even more immediate attention since he's supposedly about to ship.

Somehow Gouken is coming after Ryu. But it'd still be great to get a picture or production update.

I mean lets get real here. We're forking over money as much as two years in advance on these pieces. Being thrown the occasional bone shouldn't be out of the question.

And I'm not referring to 'bones' for upcoming p/os' to entice orders (they are nice as well).

I mean a few 'hey, we are actually making your statue' updates lol.
