Probably quite a while. Magneto only recently went wait list for the collector, and evidently still has plenty of stock for the exclusive. If we're to judge by the this, I'd imagine fall for the collector and maybe January/February for the exclusive.

Rogue also isn't as popular as Magneto, and many don't like her design. Can't imagine her selling out in only a few months.

If you’ve got to ask, I’m not sure it’s worth the effort.

Easiest way, is if you’re running through a VPN, to just change your location etc. But honestly I’m not even totally sure it really helps in getting coupons, or it was just a coincidence that when I changed it, I suddenly get a code to pop up. This was a few years back when you could get the codes for nearly every item.
