When I go to their site, under returns, there are no listings for returns. It shows my account dashboard with info on all previous orders...Under their contact header, once again no info for returns

Left wing. I already paid almost 200$ for shipment into my country... Really don't want to pay another Hundreds for replacement...

Click on the order from your dashboard. In the order details screen, there is a Return button in the upper right corner. Click that, and complete the fields.

Problem that im from Ukraine. There is no direct shipment to Ukraine. So i used broker. Thats why shipment was so expensive. Also we have 30% import taxes. Total spends was around 200$...

Wrote ticket to blizzard. They can only exchange statue to new one. Seems i gonna have damaged statue, because exchange would be too expensive

Does Blizzard charge you in full when you PO a statue? Or charge you when the statue is available and ready to be shipped?
For example, if I PO Reaper ...would I be charged in full upon ordering?

With preorders they will usually charge you but you'll have the money available again within a week and they will actually charge you when shipping.
