Had a package of art arrive from the US today.

Firstly, by Steven Sanchez...

Starlord

and Rocket Raccoon

Next, Starlord and RR together by Brian Atkins:

This piece by Jeremy Dale for my wife was originally arranged for her to pick up at Dragon*Con, but Bill kindly picked it up early from HeroesCon:

My first Val Semeiks Demon page (which also happens to be a full page splash), from issue 27:

And last, but not least, a piece that I have been waiting for since November last year. It's a predone piece by Eddy Newell that I purchased off his website, which was finally sent last month.

Many thanks to Bill (67wm) for acting as my postie!

Good lord, it's been a while since I've done any updating in here!

Let's start with the pieces that my wife picked up at Dragon*Con this year.

Firstly there is a piece for my son by Stephanie Gladden:

She also picked up one piece for herself, by Thom Zahler:

I have three new pieces in my Spider-Man: Friends and Foes sketchbook.

This piece by Adam Withers was bought as a Father's Day present:

This piece was done by Jeremy Dale:

And this piece by Rod Thornton:

I also received three new Etrigan sketches for my collection.

Daniel Govar

Cat Staggs (her first ever Etrigan)

And last, but by no means least, Jeff Scott Campbell

Sketches by Cat and Jeff were actually all that I asked for, but my wife made some great picks again for some more excellent additions to the collection.

My wife also went to Supanova in Brisbane this past weekend, courtesy of her twin sister.

I arranged for Whilce Portacio to do a sketch for me for Shanan to pick up:

Whilst there, she also got Wayne Nichols to do a sketch in my Spider-Man: Friends and Foes sketchbook:

Plus she also grabbed the original pencils for the Etrigan that Stewart McKenny did for me for Supanova Perth:

Here's the final piece for comparison:

Finally, here are some other bits and pieces.

Firstly, the Etrigan commission I received from Tom Grummett. I couldn't be happier with this piece, and am very thankful to both Tom and to Byron, who set the commission up. Thanks guys!

Secondly, a commission from Brian Shearer arranged via Rod - thanks guys!

And last, but by no means least, a piece by Ryan Odagawa I received the other day from Ken as a thank you for giving him a place to stay when he came over for Supanova Perth. Thanks Ken - it wasn't necessary but is certainly greatly appreciated!

My latest pickup - a purchase from eBay by Dan Morton. Interestingly, there is what appears to be a preliminary piece on the back, which I believe was Dan's initial attempt at the piece.
